Department of orthodontics, pg student Dr. Janani. R won the first prize for her patent innovation

Department of orthodontics, SRM Dental College, Ramapuram is proud to share that our pg student Dr. Janani. R won the first prize for her patent innovation “cant-o -meter” in the Orthodontic Innovation Conclave 2020 organised by the Indian Orthodontic Society on 20/10/2020.
The patent is a gyroscopic device to measure pitch and roll.

The innovation was guided by Dr. Poornima and Dr. Krishnaraj. There were seventeen final entries in the students category.
Dr. Arvind.S , final year pg student, secured 11th place in the same category.
