Highlights from the 33rd National Conference of the Indian Endodontic Society – Goa
The Department of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics proudly participated in the 33rd National Conference of the Indian Endodontic Society, held at Government Dental College, Goa. Representing the department, five faculty members and eight postgraduate students attended the event, contributing actively to the scientific proceedings.
Our postgraduate students delivered impactful scientific paper presentations that were highly appreciated by faculty members from various institutions. We are delighted to share that four of our students received accolades for their outstanding research:

Additionally, Dr. Vinothkumar M. Sr. Lecturer, secured Third Place in the Onsite Expert Recognition Award at the IES National Case Contest, held on 2nd November 2025.
Faculty Contributions
Dr. S. Mahalaxmi, Professor, participated in the expert panel discussion titled “Problem Solving with Gutmann”, alongside national leaders in endodontics.
Dr. K. Rajkumar, Professor & Head, chaired the keynote lecture delivered by Internationally acclaimed endodontist Dr. Prasanna Neelakantan from the University of Alberta, Canada.
Dr. Ravikumar and Dr. Karthikeyan were invited to chair scientific sessions for delegate presentations.
