NEET (MDS) 2026 qualified candidates are directed to apply immediately.
The Candidates Selected through All India PG Medical/Dental counselling through DGHS for admissions at SRM Dental College, Ramapuram should report to the Admin office (as mentioned below) between 8 am to 3 pm within the DGHS stipulated reporting dates for each round of counselling.

The Candidates should bring the following certificates / documents in Original (along with 4 sets of self-attested photocopies of the same):-
- Provisional Allotment Letter generated through ONLINE (DGHS)
- NEET (MDS) 2026 Score card
- NEET (MDS) 2026 Admit Card
- Class 10th & 12th Mark Sheet as proof of Date of Birth
- BDS – I Year / II Year / III Year / IV Year & Consolidated Mark Sheets
- Attempt Certificate
- CRRI Completion Certificate/Course Completion Certificate
- Conduct Certificate
- Provisional II /Degree Certificate
- State Dental Council Registration Certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Community Certificate (if OBC/SC/ST)
- SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority in the given format and should be in English. If it is in any language other than English, the English version of the same should be submitted.
Sub caste should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. - OBC certificate issued by the competent authority. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong to the Creamy The OBC certificate must be in the given format.
- Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board for 21 Benchmark Disabilities as per the Rights of Persons with Disability Act, 2016. No other PH certificate, issued by any other Authorities/ Hospital will be entertained.
- SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority in the given format and should be in English. If it is in any language other than English, the English version of the same should be submitted.

- DCI Recognition letter from the college.
- Proof of identity (PAN Card & Aadhaar Card) – Original for verification and return (Photocopy to be submitted).
- Passport size latest Photograph of the Candidate (10 Nos).
- Parents’ passport size photos (2 Nos each).
- Local guardian’s passport size photos(2 Nos).
Candidates without original certificate/ documents shall not be allowed to take admission. Candidates who have submitted their original documents with any other Institute/ College/ University and come for admission with a certificate stating that “their original certificates are deposited with the Institute /College/ University” will not be allowed to take admission.
