Dr. N Gopi Chander received an award from the Indian Prosthodontic Society for his immense contribution towards the dental profession and esteemed Indian Prosthodontic Society for the Year 2021-2022

Dr, Divyabharathi Selvam won the I Place in Faculty Scientific Paper presentation titled COM
ENHANCER during the 13th Tamilnadu & Pondicherry State Conference held on the 7th and
8th May 2022

Organizing national convention and workshops

All Faculties in the department have organized a national PG convention of Indian Prosthodontic Society at SRM Dental College, Ramapuram in 2009.

Faculties in the department have contributed as organizing committee members in the international conference by Indian prosthodontic society – Asian Academy of Prosthodontics at Chennai in 2012.

Faculties in department have conducted CDE programs, workshops and pre-conference courses for PG students, interns and general practitioners in various aspects of Prosthodontics.

Advanced clinical trainings undertaken by faculties

Faculties in the department have undergone advanced clinical trainings in various aspects of Prosthodontics at Osaka, Kyushu and Okayama Universities, Japan; Sirona and Baush, Germany and Noritake, Japan.
