Children’s Day Celebration 2023
Children’s Day was celebrated in the Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry at SRM Dental College, Ramapuram on 17/11/2023.
A total of 36 children of class 3,4 and 5 from
- Swami Vivekanandha Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Ramapuram
- Hussainy School, Ramapuram
- Our Angels Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Ramapuram
- Koilpillai Memorial Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Ramapuram
- Rajalakshmi Vidhyashram Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Ramapuram.
- Sabari Matriculation School, Ramapuram.
had actively participated in drawing competition on the theme ‘SPACE AND PLANETS.’ Every child was given colouring materials, gift hamper and Kidodent toothpaste. The Children were given 45 minutes to complete the drawing and the posters were judged based on three categories. First, Second and Third best posters were selected under each category and were awarded with gold, silver and bronze medals with three consolation prizes. The Chief guest for the event was Dr. S. Mahalaxmi, Professor and HOD, Dept. of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, SRM Dental College, Ramapuram. Fun activities were conducted after the competition followed by personalized oral hygiene instructions by Post Graduate students and Faculty.
